Project Change Desk is free for the businesses taking part in the private pilot. We haven’t set prices, and we won’t ask anyone to pay until testers tell us the product is worth paying for.

Invitation-only access to the working application: real projects, change requests and client approvals, for a small number of agencies and freelancers who agree to give feedback.
What a paid version might look like
If the pilot shows the product is useful, a monthly subscription for the business is the likely model. Your clients would never need to pay or create an account to approve changes. Any price will be shown clearly before anyone is asked to subscribe, and cancelling will take one click.
We’re asking pilot testers what the product would be worth to them. That’s why the early-access form has an optional question about what you spend on software today. Answering doesn’t commit you to anything.
What the pilot doesn’t do
- It doesn’t take payments from your clients, create invoices in other systems or pay refunds. It calculates and records.
- A recorded client decision isn’t a legally binding e-signature in every country.
- It handles two-decimal currencies (USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, GBP, EUR, SGD) and doesn’t calculate tax.
“Project Change Desk” is a working title, not a final brand.
